Try this easy Zesty Cilantro dip paired with your favorite Barnana Plaintain Chips.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of Soli Organic Cilantro
  • Barnana plantain chips
  • Optional: honey

Directions

  1. Mix 2 parts sour cream with 1 part mayonnaise
  2. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon
  3. 1 tbsp. of fresh Soli Organic Cilantro
  4. Optional: if you want a hint of sweetness, add a squirt of honey and mix
  5. Serve with your favorite Barnana chips
