Rosemary & Gin Mistletoe Martini

This festive mocktail is all about the perfect balance of woodsy, peppery Soli Organic rosemary and the sweet-tart kick of cranberry—plus a splash of Drink Monday Gin for that smooth finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Monday Zero Alcohol Gin
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: Living Organic rosemary

Directions

  1. To make the rosemary simple syrup, add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar to a saucepan. Add several rosemary sprigs to the pan. Bring to a boil while mixing continuously. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain the liquid into a jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  2. Combine the gin, cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake.
  3. Pour into a tumbler over ice.
