Witch's Brew is a refreshing and sophisticated cocktail with a touch of magic. The fresh thyme adds a unique herbaceous note, giving the drink a complex and intriguing character.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces gin
- 4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh Soli Organic Thyme
Directions
- Muddle a few sprigs of thyme in a cocktail shaker to release their oils.
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a small sprig of thyme.
Mocktail Version:
For a non-alcoholic version, replace gin with a cucumber-flavored sparkling water. You can also add a splash of lime or lemon soda for extra fizz.
