Watermelon, Rosemary & Feta Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that combines the juicy sweetness of watermelon with the savory tang of feta cheese and the aromatic flavor of fresh rosemary.


  • 1 watermelon, chopped
  • 1-pint blueberries, washed
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Balsamic reduction
  • 3 Tablespoons Soli Organic Rosemary, chopped
  • Chunky sea salt and pepper, to lightly season


  1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, blueberries, feta, and rosemary.
  2. Mix in balsamic reduction. Add salt and pepper to taste.
