Watermelon, Rosemary & Feta Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that combines the juicy sweetness of watermelon with the savory tang of feta cheese and the aromatic flavor of fresh rosemary.
Ingredients
- 1 watermelon, chopped
- 1-pint blueberries, washed
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Balsamic reduction
- 3 Tablespoons Soli Organic Rosemary, chopped
- Chunky sea salt and pepper, to lightly season
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon, blueberries, feta, and rosemary.
- Mix in balsamic reduction. Add salt and pepper to taste.
