Ingredients
- Boxed Lemon Pound Cake Mix (we used Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix)
- Note: see what additional ingredients your boxed mix calls for, typically egg and butter and water
- Soli Organic Living Thyme
- Lemon
Directions
- Prepare the cake as directed, and then add two tablespoons of finely chopped thyme leaves to your cake batter and one tablespoon of finely chopped thyme leaves to your glaze mixture. A glaze can be made by combining 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice. Garnish with freshly sliced lemon.
