Rosemary Tequila Cider-Rita

  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 1 fresh lemon squeezed
  • 2 tsp agave
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 4 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • ice
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • sliced apple and cinnamon stick to garnish


  1. Pour tequila, lemon juice, agave, and cider, into shaker
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Add a few Rosemary leaves, and muddle for a few seconds to release flavor
  4. Add ice, and shake
  5. Pour into 2 highball glasses with ice
  6. garnish with Rosemary sprig, a cinnamon stick and apple slice

Optionally you can rim the glasses with coarse sugar, salt, or a bit of both.
