Rosemary Tequila Cider-Rita 10 minutes | Yield: 2 cocktails Ingredients 4 ounces tequila 1 fresh lemon squeezed 2 tsp agave 1 cup apple cider 4 fresh Rosemary sprigs ice pinch of salt and pepper sliced apple and cinnamon stick to garnish Directions Pour tequila, lemon juice, agave, and cider, into shaker Add a pinch of salt and pepper Add a few Rosemary leaves, and muddle for a few seconds to release flavor Add ice, and shake Pour into 2 highball glasses with ice garnish with Rosemary sprig, a cinnamon stick and apple slice Optionally you can rim the glasses with coarse sugar, salt, or a bit of both.
