- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Fresh Soli Organic Rosemary (clip sprigs for each glass)
- 1 bottle champagne
- Make the Simple Syrup by combining water, sugar, and blackberries in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, then separate syrup from blackberries.
- Let syrup cool then spoon syrup into the bottom of your champagne flutes
- Top with champagne
- Garnish by adding a sprig of Soli Organic Rosemary
