Ingredients
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Fresh Soli Organic Rosemary (clip sprigs for each glass)
1 bottle champagne
Directions
Make the Simple Syrup by combining water, sugar, and blackberries in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, then separate syrup from blackberries.
Let syrup cool then spoon syrup into the bottom of your champagne flutes
Top with champagne
Garnish by adding a sprig of Soli Organic Rosemary
