Mardi Gras Pimm’s Cup

5 minutes | Yield: 1 Drink

If there’s ever a time to shake a cocktail, it's Mardi Gras.  And though Pimm’s No. 1 is a British liqueur, the Pimm’s Cup is the house drink at Napoleon House in the French Quarter. Its refreshing taste and modest proof make it a great option for a celebration.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Pimm’s No. 1
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Gingerale to top
  • Soli Organic Mint
  • Cucumber, strawberry, orange wheel, and mint garnish.

Directions

  1. Combine Pimm’s and lemon juice over ice in a high ball glass, top with ginger ale, and stir gently. Garnish with a cucumber and an orange wheel. A few sprigs of Mint is the final touch.
