  • 8 fresh lemon slices
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 oz Soli Organic Ginger root peeled and sliced
  • .5 oz Soli Organic Thyme
  • .5 oz Soli Organic Mint
  • Honey or Agave optional


  1. Fill a small cooking pot or saucepan with water. Add lemon slices, ginger, thyme, and mint leaves into a pot of water.
  2. Bring the pot of water with the ingredients to a boil. Allow it to boil for about two minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.
