Honey Goat Cheese Toast with Blackberries and Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 slice nut and seed bread
  • ½ ounce softened goat cheese
  • Fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon Local Hive Oregon Blackberry Honey
  • Soli Organic Mint leaves

Directions

  1. Toast the bread in the toaster oven until desired toastiness is achieved.
  2. Remove the bread from the toaster and set on a plate. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Spread goat cheese as desired.
  4. Top with a few blackberries, Soli Organic Mint leaves, and a drizzle of Local Hive Oregon Blackberry Honey.

Raspberry Cream Cheese Cinnamon Raisin Toast with Basil

Ingredients:

1 slice of cinnamon raisin bread

½ ounce softened cream cheese

Fresh raspberries

1 teaspoon Local Hive Washington Raspberry Honey

Soli Organic Basil leaves

Granola of choice

Directions:

Toast the bread in the toaster oven until desired toastiness is achieved.

Remove the bread from the toaster and set on a plate. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.

Spread cream cheese as desired.

Top with a few raspberries, Soli Organic fresh Basil leaves, granola (as desired), and a drizzle of Local Hive Washington Raspberry Honey.

Honey, Lemon, Thyme, and Ricotta Toast

Ingredients:

1 slice of sourdough bread

1/4 cup full-fat ricotta cheese

1 sprig of Soli Organic Thyme

1/4 lemon

1 teaspoon Cali Citrus Local Hive Honey

Red pepper flakes

Salt

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, whip 1/4 cup full-fat ricotta cheese with the juice of 1/4 lemon until the consistency is smooth. Reserve one squeeze of the lemon to use as a garnish.

Strip and finely mince the leaves of 1 sprig of Soli Organic Thyme. Add to the mixing bowl with a pinch of salt. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the bread in the toaster oven until your desired toastiness is achieved.

Briefly allow toast to cool before plating.

Spread the ricotta, lemon, and thyme mixture and drizzle the Cali Citrus Local Hive Honey.

Garnish with a pinch of red pepper flakes and additional lemon juice and salt, as desired.
