Tea sandwiches featuring fresh herbs and a cream cheese spread are perfect for a delightful afternoon tea or garden party.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- ½ oz Soli Organic Italian parsley, chopped
- ½ oz Soli Organic dill, chopped
- ½ oz Soli Organic rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- White bread, thinly sliced with crusts removed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the bread in a large bowl and blend well
- Spread filling over half of the bread slices
- Top with top slice and cut into finger-sized quarters
Notes: Try adding thinly sliced cucumbers
