This spooky concoction blends the warmth of fall flavors with the refreshing coolness of mint.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- A handful of fresh Soli Organic Mint leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
- Add bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, and maple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into two rocks glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
