Haunted Harvest with Twisted Mint Cocktail

This spooky concoction blends the warmth of fall flavors with the refreshing coolness of mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 4 ounces apple cider
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • A handful of fresh Soli Organic Mint leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
  2. Add bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, and maple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into two rocks glasses filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
  6. Note: Adjust the amounts of ingredients to taste. For a sweeter drink, add more maple syrup.

Mocktail Version:
For a non-alcoholic version, replace bourbon with ginger ale.
