Heavenly Herb Scrambled Eggs

A fluffy delight whisked with fresh organic herbs that elevate flavor and freshness.


  • 6 large eggs
  • 4tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Soli Organic Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Soli Organic Thyme
  • 1 tsp Soli Organic Oregano
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp Soli Organic Chives, chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk eggs and ranch dressing, incorporating lots of air
  2. Heat well-seasoned cast iron or nonstick pan on medium. Add butter
  3. Distribute melted butter in a pan, add eggs, and use a spatula to continually fold and incorporate until fluffy.
  4. Distribute the two servings of eggs to a plate and immediately cover both with cheddar cheese and chopped herbs.
