Reed’s Ginger Beer and Soli Organic Rosemary perfectly complement each other in this festive bourbon and cranberry winter cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces homemade rosemary honey simple syrup (1 cup honey, 1 cup water, 2 sprigs fresh Soli Organic Rosemary)
- 3 ounces bourbon
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- ¼ cup grapefruit juice
- Reed’s Original Ginger Beer
- Frozen cranberries
- Additional fresh Soli Organic Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- To make the rosemary honey simple syrup: boil the honey, water, and 2 sprigs of Soli Organic Rosemary in a small saucepan on high heat.
- Once the syrup boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cool the syrup completely before straining into an airtight container.
- To make the cocktails: add ice and a Soli Organic Rosemary sprig to each of 4 cocktail glasses.
- In a cocktail shaker, shake the homemade rosemary honey simple syrup, bourbon, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice together.
- Pour into glasses and top each glass with ginger beer and cranberries. Enjoy!
