10 minutes | Yield: 4 Drinks

Reed’s Ginger Beer and Soli Organic Rosemary perfectly complement each other in this festive bourbon and cranberry winter cocktail.

  • 3 ounces homemade rosemary honey simple syrup (1 cup honey, 1 cup water, 2 sprigs fresh Soli Organic Rosemary)
  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice
  • Reed’s Original Ginger Beer
  • Frozen cranberries
  • Additional fresh Soli Organic Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

  1. To make the rosemary honey simple syrup: boil the honey, water, and 2 sprigs of Soli Organic Rosemary in a small saucepan on high heat.
  2. Once the syrup boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool the syrup completely before straining into an airtight container.
  4. To make the cocktails: add ice and a Soli Organic Rosemary sprig to each of 4 cocktail glasses.
  5. In a cocktail shaker, shake the homemade rosemary honey simple syrup, bourbon, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice together.
  6. Pour into glasses and top each glass with ginger beer and cranberries. Enjoy!
