Cheers to Galentines’ Day! A little bit of bubbly with bright flavors of grapefruit and fresh sprigs of Rosemary makes for a great girls’ brunch cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4 grapefruits, plus more slices for garnish
- Soli Organic Rosemary
- 1 bottle prosecco, chilled
Directions
- Juice the grapefruit through a strainer to remove seeds. Rub sprigs of Soli Organic Rosemary between your hands to release flavor and soak sprigs in the grapefruit juice for 10 minutes.
- Fill each champagne flute with half grapefruit juice and half prosecco. Garnish each glass with a sprig of Soli Organic Rosemary and a slice of grapefruit on the rim. Enjoy!
