Galentines’ Day Grapefruit Rosemary Mimosas

Cheers to Galentines’ Day! A little bit of bubbly with bright flavors of grapefruit and fresh sprigs of Rosemary makes for a great girls’ brunch cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 grapefruits, plus more slices for garnish
  • Soli Organic Rosemary
  • 1 bottle prosecco, chilled

Directions

  1. Juice the grapefruit through a strainer to remove seeds. Rub sprigs of Soli Organic Rosemary between your hands to release flavor and soak sprigs in the grapefruit juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Fill each champagne flute with half grapefruit juice and half prosecco. Garnish each glass with a sprig of Soli Organic Rosemary and a slice of grapefruit on the rim. Enjoy!
