Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • Hard taco shells
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh Soli Organic cilantro, chopped
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground meat, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and the vegetables are softened.
  3. Drain off any excess grease.
