Super easy to prepare and perfect for summer, this tangy and savory creamy herb dressing is perfect for salads or dipping.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, parsley, and cilantro Herbs
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add water a bit at a time and continue to blend until smooth and pourable. Can be made up to 4 days ahead. Stir well before serving and keep refrigerated.
