These tender Cornish hens are a tasty addition to any holiday table. And the fresh flavors of Rosemary and Thyme bring an extra something special to the dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cornish hen, cut spatchcock style (butterflied)
- 1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. organic Rosemary
- ½ tsp. organic Thyme
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup unsalted chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Season cornish hens on both sides with all-purpose seasoning, paprika, red pepper, and garlic powder
- Garnish cornish hens with Living Organic Rosemary and Living Organic Thyme and drizzle with olive oil
- Pour chicken stock around cornish hens
- Bake for 1 hour 10-20 minutes, basting every 15 minutes
- Remove from oven, allow cornish hens to rest for 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
