Blackberry Lavender Lemonade

Fresh lavender has the best flavor. Red Lavender plants are a great option available in the spring and summer. For a taste of summer in the colder months, feel free to substitute dried lavender.


  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped Organic Lavender
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
  • 12 quarts cool water


  1. Combine berries, lavender, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl and mash slightly
  2. Add mixture to a pitcher and add water
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more lemon juice or sweetener
  4. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours
  5. Strain out the lavender and blackberry seeds before serving over ice
  6. Garnish with a lavender sprig and/or lemon wheel if you're feelin' fancy
