Basil Raspberry Cooler

10 minutes | Yield: 1 Cocktail


  • 6 whole fresh raspberries
  • 1 bunch fresh Basil (about .25oz)
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • sparkling water


  1. Place raspberries and basil in cocktail shaker and lightly muddle together
  2. Add gin, lemon and lime juices and shake with ice
  3. Strain into a large wine glass
  4. Add more ice and fill with chilled sparkling water (about 1-2oz)
  5. Garnish with citrus slices and whole Basil leaves
