Basil Pasta Salad

This delicious Basil pasta salad made with al dente pasta, fresh basil leaves, and a tangy dressing is ready for your next picnic gathering


  • For the Basil Dressing:
  • 2 ounces fresh Soli Organic Basil (1 large handful!)
  • 3 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  • 3/4 cup quality olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • For the Pasta Salad:
  • 1 pound cooked farfalle pasta al dente
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • (1) 12-ounce container of marinated mozzarella balls removed from the oil
  • 2 ounces fresh Soli Organic Basil, thinly sliced (1 large handful)


  1. Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pasta Salad: Combine all ingredients and add basil dressing; mix well and serve.
