This delicious Basil pasta salad made with al dente pasta, fresh basil leaves, and a tangy dressing is ready for your next picnic gathering
Ingredients
- For the Basil Dressing:
- 2 ounces fresh Soli Organic Basil (1 large handful!)
- 3 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 3/4 cup quality olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- For the Pasta Salad:
- 1 pound cooked farfalle pasta al dente
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- (1) 12-ounce container of marinated mozzarella balls removed from the oil
- 2 ounces fresh Soli Organic Basil, thinly sliced (1 large handful)
Directions
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Pasta Salad: Combine all ingredients and add basil dressing; mix well and serve.
