Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Basil Honey Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup fresh Soli Organic Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions
